A team of local craftsmen have helped bring a vision to life to produce the perfect balance between design and function.
This patch of paradise, a leisurely stroll from the Point Wells shoreline, has been developed by Noel Martin from Martin Design, DJ Jones & Associate Architects, Peta from Yellow Fox Interior Design, Ty from Everitt Kitchens. Alongside Capital Construction NZ Ltd, they have achieved a home that exceeds the client’s expectations.
The exterior of the house has vertical and horizontal charcoal cedar cladding and a black coloursteel roof. His and hers garages frame the deck entrance. Bathed in natural sunlight from floor-to-ceiling glass windows including the use of Breezway Louvre Windows for natural ventilation, this home flows seamlessly from room to room, to the outdoor spaces available.
