Two new project profiles have been added to the Breezway website. The first is located in Parnell, Auckland and is a beautiful residence designed by Strachan Group Architects. The Scandinavian modernist design incorporates Altair Louvres with clear glass to provide natural ventilation and views of the lush green bush gully. Internal timber blades have also been installed to assist with internal ventilation and privacy when required.
The second project, also located in Parnell, Auckland and designed by Strachan Group Architects, is an elegant, private retreat for the semi-retired owners. An open plan allows the main living areas to flow freely and passive cooling has been achieved through the incorporation of strategically placed Altair Louvre Windows. Hot, built up stale air can escape quickly from high level Altair Powerlouvre Windows while fresh breezes flow in through lower level louvres near the front entrance.
